Autumn '08 Course
starting on Tuesday September 9,
weekly until Oct 28 6.45pm
What is yoga? Yoga centres on bringing
balance and harmony to both body and mind through posture work and breathing exercises. It helps increase your strength and flexibility and also
helps re-energise and tone the body. Classes also include meditation
and relaxation to help boost self-awareness, contentedness and mental peace.
Anna Stockley has been practising Hatha yoga for over twenty years, completing
the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) Teaching
Diploma qualification this Autumn.
She teaches yoga at Ashton Keynes Village Hall (see
Classes for
information) and would be keen to hear from anyone interested in
coming along.
