Anna Stockley has been practising yoga for over twenty years and is a qualified yoga instructor with a Teaching Diploma from the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY).  She gives classes within the Cotswold Water Park area (see Classes for information).  She is also available to provide private 1:1 tuition in the comfort of your own surroundings.  Anna also teaches yoga at schools and colleges and is currently studying for Core Strength Vinyasa® certification.

 

Yoga centres on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind through posture work and breathing exercises.  It helps increase your strength and flexibility and also helps to re-energise and tone the body.  Classes include meditation and relaxation to help boost self-awareness, contentedness and mental peace.
